Police say a teenage girl who was injured in a Halloween night shooting is now in stable condition.
According to the West Valley City Police Department, officers responded to reports of gunfire on Halloween evening. When they arrived, they found the teen suffering from a gunshot wound. She was transported to a nearby hospital, where her condition has since improved.
Authorities have not yet made any arrests in connection with the shooting. Investigators say they are continuing to work around the clock to identify the suspect or suspects involved.
Police are urging anyone with information about the incident to contact the West Valley City Police Department or submit tips anonymously through the local Crime Stoppers line.
