Retired Patterson Police Officer Cathy Notto Remembered for Years of Dedicated Service

The Patterson community is mourning the loss of Retired Patterson Police Officer Cathy Notto, who has passed away after years of devoted service to the department and the city she proudly served.

Police Chief Garrett Grogan and his staff released a statement extending their deepest condolences to Officer Notto’s family, friends, and former colleagues.

“Officer Notto served this community with compassion, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to the safety and wellbeing of our youth,” Chief Grogan said. “She made a lasting difference in countless lives through her work as our Juvenile and School Resource Officer.”
