Deputies have arrested a man accused of exposing himself to a woman outside a business on Stuebner Airline Road in north Harris County.
According to Constable Mark Herman’s Office, the incident occurred in the 16200 block of Stuebner Airline Rd., where witnesses reported a man behaving indecently in a parking lot.
Investigators said the suspect, identified as David Diaz, approached a woman and exposed himself outside a local meat market. Deputies quickly located Diaz nearby, and the victim was able to positively identify him as the suspect.
Diaz was taken into custody and charged with indecent exposure. He was booked into the Harris County Jail with bond set at $100, under County Court 5.
Constable Herman’s Office commended deputies for their swift response in apprehending the suspect, emphasizing their continued commitment to community safety.
