WANTAGH, NY — The Wantagh community is mourning the loss of Andrew Lloyd Getreu, who passed away on November 16, 2025. Known for his warm heart, kindness, and the positive impact he had on those around him, Andrew leaves behind a legacy of cherished memories that will continue to live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
Visitation will be held at Charles J. O’Shea Funeral Homes in Wantagh on November 21, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A Mass in Andrew’s honor will take place the following day, November 22, 2025. The family welcomes all who knew Andrew to come and pay their respects during these times of reflection.
